Convocation ceremonies are taking place in the Jamie Cassels Centre (JCC) on November 10 and 12, 2025.
UVic has identified a convocation zone around the Jamie Cassels Centre (JCC) to support a safe and joyful celebration of our graduating students and their achievements.
Graduating students and their supporters will show their wristbands and/or convocation tickets to gain access to the JCC. If you need access to the JCC for reasons other than convocation, you may be asked a few questions by volunteers, staff or security personnel.
Services for students in JCC remain open
All student facing services in JCC remain open during the convocation period. Enter through the JCC A-Wing if you have an appointment or need drop-in support. You can also access all of the student services in the JCC by phone, email or via virtual appointments. Visit individual unit websites for contact details.
