Convocation ceremonies are taking place in the Jamie Cassels Centre (JCC) June 9-13.
We’re establishing a convocation zone around the JCC to make sure our graduating students and their supporters can have the space to celebrate.
Graduating students and their guests will show their wristbands and/or convocation tickets to gain access to the JCC. If you need access to the JCC for reasons other than convocation, you may be asked a few questions by volunteers, staff or security personnel.
Registration support
In-person registration support is available in JCC A-Wing.
Appointments and drop-in student services in JCC
You can enter through the JCC A-Wing if you have an appointment in the JCC or need drop-in support. You can also access all of the student services in the JCC by phone, email or virtual appointments! Visit individual unit websites for contact details.
